Full Term - Contraction Timer App Reviews

This was my third baby and I started having strong contractions around 37 weeks. This app was helpful for me in gauging intensity and regularity of contractions. It had more features than I needed, but what I used was accurate. I would recommend it.

I just had my first baby and was very happy with how easy it was to use this app during labor. Obviously labor takes a ton of focus just to cope with the pain, never mind trying to look at a clock and keep track of contraction times and intervals. This app is an easy start/stop timer that does all the math for you. All I had to do was hit a button. It also keeps the phone from going into lock mode, which means not having to deal with unlocking your phone as a contraction is coming on. It can burn through the battery, but I had my phone plugged in or connected to an external battery most of the time, so wasnt an issue for me.

This app is just what we needed for contraction recording. I liked the clean interface, no distractions, just focuses on what needs to be done. Thanks whoever built this!

I just used this app last night as I labored with my second child-it made it really easy to track contractions. I especially liked that it overrode the auto lock feature of my phone to keep the app open and ready for starting the next contraction. It doesnt seem like much when you arent in labor but unlocking a phone can be too big of an obstacle when a painful contraction is starting up and this removed that issue!

This app was perfect while I was in labor. I tried several and this one was the best. I love how you can see a graph of the time between contractions and contraction intensity. For a second time mom where my contractions didnt get to 5 minutes apart until an hour and a half before my baby was born, it was great to see that my contractions were getting closer together and stronger.

Seriously the best app to do your kick counts & contractions. No need for extra stuff to make the app seem fancy. Straight to the point. Definitely recommend to any woman reaching their last few weeks of pregnancy

App came highly recommended by several independent review sites. Simple design, high functionality, and clean look. Didnt mind the ads but it was exactly what I was looking for so I paid the $0.99 to thank the developer.

Using for kick counts and has been easy to use and reassures me baby is okay.

I really only used this app for taking contractions though I did play around with the other options. As a contraction timer it is very easy to use and informative. However, the button is very small and located right above the scroll bar for the other timers. In my sleep deprived state at 3am trying to time contractions, I kept ending up in the kick counter and missed a few contractions. My 1st suggestion would be to give an option to make the start/stop the only thing on the screen and a small menu button somewhere to go back to regular view, or perhaps a setting to turn off features you are not interested in using so they are not clickable. My 2nd suggestion, since this app does eat a pretty hefty amount of battery, would be an option to sync the information with another phone so that the contractions can be timed by mom-to-be or a support person depending on which phone has the most charge.

Ive only used for kick counts so far, but it works great and is easy to use.

Second child labor. Moved fast so I needed something super easy to start / stop, which it provided me.

This app worked great. It was easy to use even under the stress of contractions. I liked the graphs after I my son was born. I took a screen shot and added them to his baby book.

Easy to use even when having severe pain. Nice that its free but I paid for it to support the developer.

This app does its job terrifically. It made the exciting and stressful hours before our babys birth more organized and less chaotic. There are a few tweaks that could improve it, but it is already an A+.

This app was awesome for my labor experience to track contractions, and before then for counting kicks while at work or home. I wish Id found it sooner to track kicks from when they were first happening! My first day of labor was at home and through the night, so I think it helped me stay calm to have the app for my husband and I to track contractions after my water broke and until we were hooked up to the monitor at the hospital.
